【Abstract】 The paper proposes the connotation of the innovative city based on its industrial innovation elements through outlining the situation that some domestic cities build the innovative city and the viewpoints about some domestic scholars studying the innovative city; and on the basis of introducing the analysis framework of the industrial innovation system, the paper studies the interrelations between the innovative city and the industrial innovation system, namely, how an innovative management tool that is the industrial innovation system promotes the construction of the innovative city.更多还原
