【摘要】 针对现行科技进步监测指标体系存在的一些问题,提出优化与重构其指标体系的思想与步骤。以江苏省区域科技进步为实证研究对象,对科技投入、科技产出、经济发展及社会进步几大方面的监测指标进行优化探索,并结合国内、外科技进步监测指标的现状,提出了重构区域科技进步指标体系的建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 According to the deficiency of present monitoring index system of science & technology progress, this paper put forward the method and process of optimization and reconstruction, then researched and optimized for regional science & technology index group, as an example of Jiang-Su Province, in the main parts such as input, output, economic development and social progress. Finally, based on the development of science & technology progress index system, some suggestions of reconstruction have been proposed.更多还原
