【Abstract】 Besides R&D, many non-R&D activities should be included in industrial innovation such as equipments and tooling, training and so on. Technology integration is a series of activities that firm integrates the resources both inside and outside to transfer the prototype technology to product and process technology, and then integrates the product technology, process technology, equipments, materials and personnel into efficiently commercial manufacturing system finally.
