【Abstract】 The teachers in universities are the owners, the sowers and the innovators of knowledge. Knowledge is made up of explicit knowledge and tacit knowledge. Moreover it is an important view on knowledge management that tacit knowledge is more perfect and can create much value than explicit knowledge. Based on the structure of tacit knowledge of the teachers in universities and referring to organization ecology, management, education and so on, this thesis analyze the factors faced by the transformation of tacit knowledge of the teachers in universities from the view of carrying the tacit knowledge.更多还原
