【摘要】 科技评价过程的质量控制机制,是科技评价工作的重要组成部分。它会影响最终评价结果的质量,进而影响对所评科技成果价值的真实认同。基于多指标综合体系下的科技评价,系统分析了蕴涵于整个评价过程中的评价质量影响因素,建立了科技评价过程中的质量控制体系模型——二维过程质量控制体系,并提出了相关控制策略。更多还原

【Abstract】 The quality control mechanism is an important part of science and technology evaluation. The quality control mechanism of science and technology evaluation process can affect the quality of evaluation result as well as the true approbation of science and technology results. According to evaluation process, the article introduces several main influence factors on the quality of evaluation, and builds up the system model of the quality control mechanism of science and technology evaluation process.
