【摘要】 提出了一个视频编码框架,将双向塔式算法应用于视频编码之中,以提高在不可靠网络环境中视频传输的鲁棒性。根据视频编码特点,对双向塔式算法在采样策略、边缘增强、简化计算三个方面做出改进。实验表明,通过对算法的改进,提高了图像恢复质量,减少了时间开销,双向塔式算法应用于视频编码是可行的。更多还原

【Abstract】 To improve the robustness of video transmission over networks, duplex pyramid algorithm was applied to video coding, and then a frame of video coding was proposed. Furthermore, to improve qualityof images and reduce time cost, duplex pyramid algorithm was ameliorated in sampling, edge enhancement and reducing computation.
