【Abstract】 Science and technology competitiveness are the most important composition of the industrial competitiveness. Comprehensive evaluation on industrial science and technology competitiveness possesses significant consulting value when reflecting the great potential that technology plays in improving competitiveness roundly, scientifically and objectively.
