【Abstract】 Distributed Artificial Intelligence is important research field of Artificial Intelligence. It is need a generous of intelligence entity in distributed environments to solve problems together. Proceed from building high-speed distributed expert system, the realization technology is introduced of using PVM and CLIPS. The ready availability of both CLIPS and PVM is sufficient to provide essential message passing functions in CLIPS.
