Pitzer理论在高浓碱性NaOH-H2O体系溶解度计算中的应用
Application of Pitzer Theory in the Calculation of Solubility in NaOH-H2O System of High Hydroxyl Concentration
【摘要】 将Pitzer理论应用于20℃—50℃NaOH-H2O体系溶解度计算,提出Pitzer模型中的经验常数a和b是温度的函数。从文献提供的该体系活度系数和渗透系数数据拟合出NaOH的Pitzer单盐参数β(0)、β(1)和CΦ、平衡常数与温度的函数关系式。用得到的这些参数计算20℃—50℃NaOH在水中的溶解度,平均误差为0.75%,最大误差为1.55%。说明得到的参数适用于高浓碱性单电解质体系溶解度计算,为高浓体系溶解度计算提供一种可行的方法,扩大了Pitzer理论的应用范围。
【Abstract】 Pitzer theory was applied to calculate solubility in NaOH-H2O system from 20℃ to 50℃. The empirical constants (a, b) were considered as function of temperature. The Pitzer parameters (β(0),β(1),CΦ) and equilibrium constant of NaOH were regressed from the literature data. Adopting these parameters got, the solubility of NaOH in the NaOH-H2O system was calculated. The maximum error between the calculated and literature value was 1.55% and the average error was 0.75%, indicating that the Pitzer theory can be used to calculate electrolyte solubility in alkali system of high hydroxyl concentration. The applied range of Pitzer model was extended.
