盐水法、微板法和微柱凝胶法检测O型血清中抗-A,抗-B效价的比较研究

【摘要】 比较用盐水法、微板法和微柱凝胶法检测O型血清抗-A,抗-B效价的可靠性及可操作性,选择一种检测大批量标本的可靠方法。使用盐水法、微板法和微柱凝胶法对同一组30例标本进行检测和比较。结果三种方法检测结果没有一致性,盐水法敏感性最低,微柱凝胶法敏感性最高,微板法的检测结果较为稳定。说明微板法适合进行大批量标本的抗体效价检测。

【Abstract】 To compare the reliability, economical and accurately of the three methods, Physiological Saline Solution medium Technique (PSST), Microplate Technique (MPT), Microcolumn Technique (MCT) to testing antibody liters of O type blood serum, and choosed a best way to test samples in scores. Tested the same group of samples the three ways are used. There is no coherence between the three methods, PSST has the lowest sensitivity and cost. MCT is the reverse, MPT has a better stabilization and lower cost. It is conclused that MPT is suit to test a great lot of samples’ antibody titers.
