外源基因表达系统的研究进展
Progress on the Expression System of Heterologous Gene
【摘要】 最近20多年来,随着重组DNA技术的迅速发展,对于克隆基因表达问题的研究也日渐深入,并积累了相当丰富的知识。外源基因的表达系统包括原核表达系统和真核表达系统,它们各有优缺点,在选择时应衡量使用。
【Abstract】 In the latest twenty years, with the rapid development of DNA recombinant technology, research on the expression of clone gene is becoming more deep, and relatively abundant knowledge has been accumulated. The expression system of heterologous gene contains prokaryotic and eukaryotic expression system, with respective merit and disadvantage, they should be selectively used.
