【摘要】 目前我国申请的专利质量不高,政府投入的资金不够,企业拥有的自主知识产权的数量过少和创新能力不够,高校、科研院所实施专利的动力不强以及中介服务的不健全,制约了专利产业化。借鉴经济发达国家和地区的成功模式,提出加快我国专利产业化应采取的有效措施。更多还原
