【摘要】 知识资源是现代企业经营中的一种重要的生产要素。知识控制是跨国公司控制合资企业的重要而有效的方式之一。跨国公司通过对合资企业的知识转移与知识管理实现了对合资企业的知识控制,由于不同的知识其可转移性有较大差异,通过知识流运动机理的阐述分析知识的转移和积累过程,探析母公司在两个层面上对合资企业的知识控制过程,并通过反馈系统监控企业的运营状况,这对于进一步调整母公司对合资企业的知识转移、控制力的强弱和控制幅度的大小,分析跨国合资企业中的知识控制模式有着重要的意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Knowledge is one of the important resources in modern enterprises.Knowledge control is one of the important and effective tools adopted by MNC to control IJVs,and it is achieved by knowledge transfer and management which are performed by MNC.For different kinds of knowledge,the transferability has great differences.Through the statement of the functional theory of the knowledge flow,we analyze the process of the transfer and accumulation of knowledge,explore the process of knowledge control for the IJVs on two levels,and monitor the operating situation of enterprises through the feedback system.It is very significant on further adjusting the transfer of knowledge,the strength of control power,and the range of control scope,and analyzing the model of knowledge control in IJVs.更多还原
