【摘要】 当前人类的发展对生态环境带来巨大压力和挑战,要求我们必须走绿色发展道路,建设“绿色国家”。本文揭示了“绿色国家”的本质内涵,在计算国家绿色发展指数(GDI)的基础上,通过分析绿色发展指数与经济发展水平的关系,提出了人类发展阶段的概念模型。指出人类最终要进入生产、生活与生态互动和谐、共生共赢,经济社会环境可持续发展的绿色文明发展阶段,并设计了一组绿色发展目标的参考标准。更多还原

【Abstract】 Gurrently,great human development puts strong stress and challenge on ecosystem and environment.The situation urges that human should develop on a green road.A new development ides of building a green country was put forward in the paper,and then we analyzed the nature character of the green country.Based on accounting the green development index(GDI)of all countries in the world,we analyzed the correlation between GDI and the level of economy development.We put forward a conceptual model of human development which divides the human development process into three stages.and a group of reference standard of green development indicators was designed in the paper.更多还原
