【摘要】借鉴自然科学中的耗散结构理论,在定义知识节点、知识维、知识势及知识流并分析企业知识系统中知识流与知识创新互动螺旋发展的基础上,分析企业知识系统耗散结构的形成、维持、演化,给出企业知识系统耗散结构的演化路径模型,并由此探讨了企业知识耗散结构中的知识管理理念。更多还原

【Abstract】 Use for reference of dissipation configuration law,starting with the definition of knowledge knot,knowledge dimension,knowledge potential and knowledge flow,the mutual effect of knowledge flow and knowledge innovation have been analyzed.Basing on these,the formation,maintaining,and evolvement of dissipation configuration in the enterprise knowledge system have been analyzed,and the evolvement path model of enterprise knowledge system has then been given.In conclusion,the knowledge management idea in the dissipation configuration for the enterprise knowledge system have been discussed更多还原
