【Abstract】 This survey consisted of five main sections Firstly to clear,NIS was spontaneously gestated from Listian’s nationalism elements and Schumpeterian’s innovation theory.Secondly,the thesis collected representative definientia of NIS.Next to introduce the NIS frameworkresearch achievement from multifold view.Fourthly,described the NIS research findings from enterprise and industry and area and country.And finally,reflects on NIS theory.更多还原
