【摘要】 在概述《管理研究方法论》主要内容及“How BusinessSchoolsLostTheirWay”主要观点的基础上,对管理研究方法的优缺点、性质和适用情境等问题略作评述。科学研究是运用科学方法来获取新知识的过程,以客观、实证和规范为特征的科学管理研究方法是获取新知识的最精确的方法。然而,其他的求知方式尤其是思辨方法同样可以获取新知识,其重要性并不亚于科学研究。科学研究和思辨研究各有所长,各有局限,相辅相成,但不能相互替代。因此,管理研究须兼用科学方法和思辨方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Quantitive research is the dominant method in frontier studies of modern management field,and research methodology shows increasing priorities to scientific research.What is essential scientific research method﹖ Should scientific or speculative methods be adopted for the management question﹖ This paper reviews the major arguments of "Methodology of Management Research" and "How Business Schools Lost Their Way",and tries to resolve these questions respectively then argues the problems of advantages vs.disadvantages attributes as well as contingency context of management research methods.更多还原
