【Abstract】 This paper focuses on vehicle routing problem with time window constraints.A new method is established for VRP by considering actual carrying cost between distribution sites and utilizing network analysis function of GIS.This method can display routing results on road network chart in GIS according to actual condition of road network.At last,this method is demonstrated by an example.更多还原
