【Abstract】 High-new technology industrial policy environment restricts high-new technology industrial policy.Starting from the high-new technology industry environment concept,this article summarizes our country and the main developed countries’high-new technology industrial policy environment situation,then carries on the comparison to the domestic and foreign policies environment analysis,finally proposes the countermeasure to improve our country’s high-new technology industrial policy environment.更多还原
