煤矸石膏体充填材料的试验研究
Experimental Research on Coal Gangue Paste Filling Material
【摘要】 为了提高村庄下的压煤采出率和保护环境,采用煤矸石膏体充填采矿法解放村庄下煤炭.通过正交试验和线性回归,得出影响煤矸石膏体充填体强度和坍落度的因素及回归函数.结果表明:组成膏体充填材料的煤矸石,胶结料,粉煤灰及膏体质量浓度对强度均有不同程度影响,煤矸石对充填体的后期强度影响显著,胶结料对充填早期强度影响较显著,粉煤灰对充填强度影响不显著.煤矸石在加工成直径小于25 mm后,还需进一步分级.提高细颗粒矸石加量和降低质量浓度可提高膏体的坍落度和可泵性,胶结料和粉煤灰对膏体的可泵性影响不如煤矸石和质量浓度影响显著.
【Abstract】 Coal gangue paste filling is used in coal mines to improve the recovery ratio of coal for under-village mining and protect the environment from being polluted.The influence factors of strength and slump of coal gangue paste filling body and the regression function for these two factors are obtained by orthogonal test and linear regression.The results show that all the factors of coal gangue,cementing material,fly-ash and the paste filling mass concentration will affect the strength of the filling body to a certain extent.The coal gangue has a distinct influence on the later strength,while the cementing material has a distinct influence on the early strength.Fly-ash has only a little influence on strength.After coal gangue is processed into particles with the size less than 25 mm,it needs to be further graded.Increasing the quantity of the fine sized coal gangue and decreasing the paste filling concentration may enhance the slump and pumpability of the paste.The effect of cementing material and fly-ash on pumpability is not as obvious as the concentration of coal gangue is.
