【摘要】 结合某矿16t上开式扇形闸门箕斗卸载装置,根据卸载动力学模型,详细分析了初始曲率、闸门初始位置、爬行速度、滚轮杆长度对卸载滚轮与曲轨压力峰值的影响,提出了卸载装置的优化模型,给出了优化后该箕斗的卸载曲轨曲线、卸载滚轮与曲轨压力曲线,指出了设计中应注意的问题。更多还原

【Abstract】 According to the downloading dynamic model, and combining the downloading device of 16t skip with the top-opened fan-shaped gate in certain mine, the paper detailed analyses the influence of initial curvature, initial position of the gate, creeping velocity, length of the road of roller wheel to the downloading wheel and the peak of the rail pressure, offers the optimization model for the downloading device, provides the curve of downloading rail of the skip after the optimization, the curve of the downloading wheel and the rail pressure, and indicates the problems need to attention in the course of design.更多还原
