基于模糊PID算法的液力偶合器自控系统
Automatic Control System of the Liquid Coupling Based on the Fuzzy PID Algorithm
【摘要】 建立了基于模糊PID算法的调速型液力偶合器自动控制系统,介绍了系统的硬件组成及相应模糊PID控制器的设计过程。模糊控制和PID控制结合克服了不能建立精确的数学模型所带来的弊端。这一模糊PID控制器对于调速型液力偶合器调速自动控制效果是比较好的。
【Abstract】 The paper establishes the automatic control system of the velocity- regulated liquid coupling based on the fuzzy PID Algorithm, intro- duces the hardware structure of the system and the process for design- ing the corresponding fuzzy PID controller. The combination of the fuzzy control and PID control overcomes the shortage due to be unable to establish precise mathematical model. The better effect could be achieved on the automatic control for the velocity regulation while the fuzzy PID controller is applied to the velocity-regulated liquid coupling.
