空气室对往复泵管道系统脉动作用研究
Pulsation Action of the Air Chamber to the Pipeline System of the Reciprocating Pump
【摘要】 空气室设计的传统思路是用于使压力脉动的幅值消减,本文找出了空气室对管道系统压力脉动影响规律,并提出了和传统观念相反的思路,一方而可以利用空气室来对压力脉动进行控制,消减压力脉动,另一方面可以利用空气室提高压力脉动幅值,从而得到高压脉冲射流。
【Abstract】 The traditional idea for designing the air chamber is to decrease the amplitude value of the pressure pulsation.The paper discloses the influence law of the air chamber to the pressure pulsation of the pipeline system,and puts forward the idea reversing the traditional one:one the one hand,pressure pulsation is controlled by the ail chamber to decrease the pressure pulsation,on the other hand,pressure pulsation amplitude is increased by the air chamber,so as to gel the high pressure pulsation jet.
