【Abstract】 This paper analyzes the status of the Sino-Japanese economy and trade in recent 10 years.Since 1990s,the Sino-Japanese trade has increased greatly,because the two countries remain the different developing stages and level and natural condition.This determines the necessity of the cooperation.But there are still many political and economic limitations in development.Both should face these problems and put forward some solutions.This will be helpful to develop the bilateral trade.更多还原
