【摘要】 目的:观察鼻底提升与种植体同期植入后的临床效果。方法:鼻底提升与种植体同期植入后,观察鼻前庭的反应、种植体周新骨的形成。结果:患者鼻音没有改变、鼻前庭无不适反应、种植体周新骨形成良好。结论:鼻底提升与种植体同期植入对于Ⅵ类缺失且伴有严重骨量不足的患者可能是一种可行的临床修复方式。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To observe the clinical effect of implant placement simultaneous nasal floor elevation. Methods: To observe the respond of nasal vestibular?new bone around implant after implant placement simultaneous nasal floor elevation. Results: It showed well new osseointegration around implants and there were no clinical complaintsof the nasal sinus after nasal floor elevation. Conclusion: The data suggests the implant placement simultaneous nose floor elevation be a better way to restore the type of KennedyⅥImperfection with not enough bone.更多还原
