【摘要】 目的:探讨c-Src基因在家族性巨颌症中的表达及意义。方法:应用原位杂交方法与免疫组织化学技术检测12例家族性巨颌症病变组织中c-Src蛋白与c-Src mRNA的表达。结果:12例家族性巨颌症病变组织中的多核巨细胞、10%~15%的单核圆形基质细胞胞浆表达c-Src蛋白与mRNA,二者阳性细胞表达率无显著性差别,c-Src mRNA表达结果与c-Src蛋白相一致,二者呈正相关关系。结论:c-Src表达可能与家族性巨颌症病变中多核巨细胞的形成和破骨特性有关。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate and analyze the expression of c-Src in cherubism and its significance.Methods: Expression of c-Src protein and c-Src mRNA was respectively detected by immunohistochemistry and by in situ hybridization in 12 cases of cherubism.Results: The localization of c-Src protein as well as the brown granular reaction products of c-Src mRNA was diffusely distributed in the cytoplasm of the multinucleated giant cells and in about 10~15% round-shaped mononuclear stromal cells in lesions of 12 cherubism cases.There were no significant differences for positive cells between expression of c-Src protein and mRNA.The significant correlation was found between the expression of c-Src protein and mRNA.Conclusion: The expression of c-Src could be associated with osteolytic characteristics of osteoclasts and might relate to the formation of multinucleated giant cells in cherubism.更多还原
