钛种植体与口腔内非牙龈粘膜组织间的界面研究

【摘要】 目的:观察钛种植体与口腔内非牙龈黏膜软组织-牙槽黏膜形成的界面情况;方法:在狗的下颌磨牙区相应牙槽骨上以唇舌侧方向穿过牙槽黏膜植入一阶段式钛种植体7枚。分别观察1、2、4、6周后切取标本。用扫描电镜和光镜观察不同时间软组织和种植体界面情况。结果:实验期间种植体均稳定。种植体周围黏膜组织均有不同程度炎症表现。4周和6周时,光镜观察结果显示软组织和种植体间有较紧密接触。电镜下也显示黏膜在种植体表面均有纤维结缔组织附着。结论:口腔环境下,牙槽黏膜有纤维结缔组织在种植体表面附着,缺乏“上皮袖口”。

【Abstract】 Objective: To study the interface between Ti implants and non-gingival mucosa-alveolar mucosa in oral cavity. Methods: Titanium plants were placed in the mandibular through the alveolar mucosa . We used four dogs and seven implants in all. After 1,2,4,and 6 weeks, the dogs were sacrificed. Each implant site including the implant and soft and hard peri-implant tissue was dissected. These specimens were prepared for scanning microscope and light microscope, respectively. Results: During the study period, all implants were stable. Peri-implant soft tissue showed inflammation to different extent. Histologically, after four or six weeks, we found that soft tissue contact with implants. We also found fiber connective tissue attached on implant tightly by scanning eletron microscope(SEM). Conclusion: Alveolar mucosa can form fiber connective tissue attachment on the surface of implant, without ideal "epithelial cuff".
