【摘要】 目的:对中老年牙列缺损患者经SDA治疗法修复后的主观感觉进行回访调查。方法:对象为采用SDA治疗法修复的9例牙列缺损的中老年患者,戴牙时间范围为3~26个月。回访调查表内容包括全身健康状况、口腔治疗史、SDA治疗法的基本情况、美观状况、舒适度以及咀嚼功能等6个方面;同时对咀嚼效率进行测定。结果:9例患者均对SDA治疗效果表示满意,基本每天戴用,完全适应时间最长为1个月,咀嚼功能明显改善,能满足患者的日常饮食要求,未出现颞下颌关节不适。结论:SDA治疗法合理经济,易于适应,有利于口腔整体功能的恢复和保持,特别适合中老年患者。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To study the personal feelings of aged patients with defected dentitions after treated by shortened dental arch(SDA) using questionnaires.Methods: 9 aged patients with defected dentitions were treated by SDA and their wearing period were from 3 to 26 months.The questionnaire included 6 contents: systemic history,oral history and general situation,outlook state,comfortable degree and masticatory function after SDA treatment.Results: All 9 patients were satisfied with the SDA treatments and almost wore the dentures all day.The longest period for them to adapt to the dentures was 1 month.Their masticatory functions were greatly increased.No patients complained about the unfitness in craniomandibular joint. Conclusion: SDA is especially suitable for aged patients with defected dentition.It is economic and easy to adapt.It is also beneficial to the recovery and sustainment of the whole oral functions.更多还原
