计算机自动定位与手工定位X线头影标志点的比较研究
A Comparative Study of Cephalometric Landmarks Identification between Computerization and Manual Determination
【摘要】 目的:对自行开发研究的计算机自动X线头影测量分析系统(computerized automatic cephalometric analysissystem,CACAS)自动定位标志点的可信度进行临床应用评价。方法:随机选择20例牙颌畸形患者的X线头影侧位片作为研究样本,分别应用CACAS的自动定位与手工定位方式,对这20例样本的17个标志点进行定位。分别计算出两种方式定位的相应误差;并对两种方式定位的17个标志点中每个标志点的定位误差,进行比较对照及配对t检验。结果:17个标志点中,10个标志点的计算机自动定位的误差小于手工定位的误差;除P、Li、Mes三个标志点外,其余14个标志点的两种方式定位的误差无显著差别(P>0.05),而P、Mes两个标志点的计算机自动定位更精确(P<0.05);13个标志点的计算机自动定位误差小于1 mm,其准确率近80%。结论:CACAS系统在X线头影测量分析的临床应用中是相对准确而可靠的。
【Abstract】 Objective: To evaluate the reliability of automatic landmark identification by the computerized automatic cephalometric analysis system(CACAS) in clinic.The CACAS used,was developed by group efforts earlier.Methods: Twenty X-ray cephal images of oral-maxillafacial deformation cases were collected to identify 17 landmarks in every image,both by CACAS automatically and experts manually.The difference of 17 landmarks identified by two ways were recorded and analyzed by t test.Results: The error of 10 landmarks identified by CACAS was less than that by experts.Except P,Li and Mes point,the difference between the errors of the remain 14 landmarks identified by CACAS or by experts were not significant(P>0.05).The P and Mes point identified by CACAS were more precise than that by experts(P<0.05).The error of 13 landmarks identified by CACAS was less than 1 mm,and the rate of validity in automatic landmark identified by CACAS was up to 80%.Conclusion: CACAS is an effective and reliable tool in cephalometry.
