【摘要】 目的:探讨区域性动脉化疗治疗口腔颌面部鳞状细胞癌的可行性及有效性。方法:对15例病理诊断为口腔颌面部鳞状细胞癌的患者,超选择性直接动脉灌注顺铂进行化疗,观察术中反应及术后疗效,随访,评价治疗的可行性及有效性。结果:动脉化疗术中没有明显异常反应;动脉化疗的有效率为93.3%,肿瘤在化疗后当天或第2天,化疗局部疼痛和肿胀感缓解,口、鼻腔内出现分泌物或坏死组织脱落。15例中完全缓解(complete response,CR)5例,部分缓解(partial response,PR)9例,失访1例。结论:“介入动脉化疗”是治疗口腔颌面部鳞状细胞癌的有效手段之一,可以作为综合序列治疗的重要组成部分。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To discuss the feasibility and effect of interventional artery chemotherapy for oromaxillo-facial region squamous cell carcinoma.Methods: 15 patients diagnosed as squamous cell carcinoma by pathological diagnosis,were carried out for direct arterial perfusion of cisplatin,and followed up.Feasibility and effects of the treatment were evaluated.Results: There was no obvious paradoxical reaction during the operation,and effective rate of chemotherapy was 93.3%.Local pain and engorgement were relieved in the first day or the second day post-treatment,ablated secretions and necrotic tissue appearanced at oral and nasal cavities.5 cases appeared complete response,9 cases appeared partial response and 1 lost to follow-up.Conclusion: Interventional artery chemotherapy is one of the effective method in treatment of squamous cell carcinoma in oromaxillo-facial region,and could be one of important part in synthetic sequence therapy.更多还原
