进口压力对涡流管性能影响的实验研究

【摘要】 采用自行设计的涡流管,并以空气作为工作介质,通过实验研究了在其它条件相同的情况下,不同进口压力对涡流管性能的影响。实验结果表明:对于常温涡流管,在背压保持不变的情况下,随着进口压力的增加,涡流管的制冷温度效应、单位制冷量和制冷系数都显著提高,但是当进口压力增加到一定的值以后,继续提高进口压力,涡流管的制冷温度效应、单位制冷量和制冷系数反而急剧下降。

【Abstract】 The effect of the inlet pressure on the performance of the vortex tube which was designed by the authors was investigated by experiment with air as medium. The experiment results show that the cooling temperature effect,the unit refrigeration and the COP of the vortex tube obtained remarkable increase with the increase of inlet pressure at the inlet pressure lower than a certain value.However,they are decreased sharply with the increase of inlet pressure when the inlet pressure reaches a certain value.
