【摘要】 目的评价化疗联合免疫治疗中晚期非细胞肺癌的近期疗效.方法42例中晚期非小细胞肺癌患者被随机分为两组:化疗联合免疫治疗组,单纯化疗组.观察患者疗效、生存质量、毒性反应、TH1/TH2免疫指标的变化,另选20例健康体检者为对照组.结果化疗联合免疫治疗组和单纯化疗组的完全缓解率分别是40%和25%,经统计学处理有显著性差异(P<0.05).生活质量:化疗联合免疫治疗组与单纯手术组总提高率分别为82.0%,45.5%(P<0.05).TH1/TH2两组治疗前无明显差异,但均低于对照组(P<0.05),治疗后化疗联合免疫治疗组较单纯化疗组有明显回升(P<0.05).两组治疗前T淋巴细胞亚群、B细胞、NK细胞含量比较无显著性差异,联合治疗组治疗后1月与治疗前比较,CD4+和CD4+/CD8+比值、NK细胞改善(P<0.05),且优于单纯化疗组(P<0.05).结论化疗联合免疫治疗对中晚期非小细胞肺癌具有较好的疗效,使其完全缓解率和生活质量有了较大提高,免疫情况有所改善.更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the effect of CIK with chemotherapy treatment in patients with non-small cell lung cancer.Methods 42 cases of non-small cell lung caner were divided into combination treatment group(chemotherapy+CIK)(n=22) and chemotherapy group(n=20)for observation of life quality,TH1/ TH2,immunity indexes,and 20 cases of health checkup were chosen as control group.Results The improvement rate of life quality was 82.0% and 42.0% respectively in combination treatment group and chemotherapy group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in TH1/ TH2,T-lymphocyte,and NK cell before treatment in both groups.CD4~+,CD4~+/CD8~+,and NK cell in combined with CIK group after 1 month treatment were improved,which was superior to chemotherapy group(P<0.05).Conclusion chemotherapy treatment combined with CIK can improve the life quality,TH1/ TH2,and immunity function of the patients with lung cancer更多还原
