俄罗斯的高等教育及其变革
The Higher Education and Its Change in Russia
【摘要】 阐述了俄罗斯高等教育的现状,管理体制及模式,对俄罗斯高等教育的过去和现在作了对比,介绍了目前俄罗斯高等教育的改革及措施。
【Abstract】 This paper discusses the present condition and management system of the Russian higher education.It also compares the past and the present conditions of Russian higher education.Finally,it presents the current reform and measures of the Russian higher education.
