【摘要】 研究了开放式产品模块化在发展高效率企业集群方面的重要作用.提出了一个面向集群制造的开放式产品模块化方法.该模块化方法通过基于技术的功能—结构映射和基于设计结构矩阵(DSM)的基本结构单元聚类实现开放式产品模块化划分;通过基于量化设计结构矩阵(QDSM)的技术影响力评价实现核心模块选择.最后,以面向我国沿海注塑机企业集群的注塑机开放式模块化设计为例说明该方法的应用.更多还原

【Abstract】 The importance of open modular structure of products in developing enterprise clusters with high efficiency is studied.An open modular design method of products for enterprise-cluster manufacturing is put forward.In the design method,a product is divided into independent modules by function-structure mapping based on technologies and structural cells clustering on Design Structure Matrix(DSM). A core module is selected by evaluating its technological effects through the quantified DSM.Finally,the design method is used to design a plastic injector with open modular structure for enterprise clusters in southeast China coastland.更多还原
