【摘要】在研究总结已有的环境影响评价中公众参与的定量评价方法的基础上,得到了公众对项目支持程度的定量计算公式,并且提出了分别从大气、水体、噪声和其它四个方面对调查对象赋值,再求出调查对象的综合权重值的赋值方法.最后举实例以进一步说明.更多还原

【Abstract】 After summarizing the existed studies on quantitative appraisal methods of the public participation in environmental impact assessment,the quantitative calculative formulae of the public support degree to projects are achieved.And the surveyed objects should be assigned according to atmosphere,water,noise and other aspects.And then the comprehensive weight is calculated.Finally,a case is shown for further illustration.更多还原
