【Abstract】 the paper studies the issue of the utilization ratio of periodical resources in university libraries and specifies the factors influencing the utilization ratio of periodical resources, namely, the quality and service of periodical staff, the unreasonable subscription system, the lag in binding and readers’ literature utilization ability and so on.
