【摘要】 对2004、2005两届长三角科技期刊发展专题论坛所涉及到的一些主要热点和论点进行了评述,诸如长三角科技期刊如何与科技经济协调发展,德国科技期刊发展动向、经验及对我国科技期刊发展的启示,文献的开放获取对科技期刊出版和文摘类数据库的影响等方面的动态、存存问题及今后宜采取的对策。

【Abstract】 Some hot subjects and arguments such as how to coordinate development between sci-tech periodical in Yangtze River Delta and local economic development,how to apply the theory of scientific development to guide sustainable development of sci-tech periodical,and how to evaluate the impact of growth of scientific enterprise and open access on the literature in Yangtze River Delta forum of science and technology periodical development were reviewed.
