【摘要】 目的探讨小切口白内障囊外摘除人工晶体植入的手术方法及临床效果。方法对85眼白内障患者行小切口白内障囊外摘除人工晶体植入,手术结果与同期71眼大切口手术相比较。结果术后视力≥0.5者64眼,占75.3%,术后1月视力≥0.5者71眼,占83.5%,术后一周角膜散光为(1.58±0.85)D,术后1月角膜数光(0.85±0.72)D,与大切口组相比有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论小切口白内障现代囊外摘除手术能显著减少术后角膜散光,手术效果满意,可在基层医院开展。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the surgery method and clinic effect of cataract extraction through small incision combined with IOL implantation.Methods A prospective study was made on 85 patients with cataract in which cataract extraction combined with IOL implantation was performed through small incision and conventional incision in 71eyes as a control in the corresponeing oeriod.Results postoperatively,the visual accuracy was 0.5 or better in 64 eyes(75.3%)at the first week and at the first month in 71 eyes(83.5%).The mean astigmatism was(1.58±0.85)D at l week,and(0.85±0.72)D at l month postoperatively.These data was significantly different compared with the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Cataract extraction with small incision and posterior chamber intraocular lens implantation is practical,It is more suitable to be popularized in small-scale hospital.更多还原
