RGP对青少年近视眼的矫正作用

【摘要】 目的国内外新近研究显示硬性透气角膜接触镜(rigid gas permeable.RGP)能控制儿童青少年近视的加深,但对照同期的验配框架眼镜者,在屈光度、角膜曲率半径、眼轴等方面两者究竟有何差异?是何种机制抑制了近视进展?是本研究所要探讨的问题。方法32例青少年近视[男15例,女17例,平均年龄(14+1.26)]在实验配戴RGP始末分别测定屈光度、角膜曲率半径和眼轴长度;RGP配戴周期大于50周。且与同期28例近视条件相同的青少年近视框架镜验配者作对照。结果实验表明。角膜曲率半径框架镜组无显著变化,而配戴RGP组平化、增大(0.11±0.03)mm(P<0.05).;近视屈光度框架镜组加深平均为(0.75±0.55)Ds,配戴RGP组为(0.25±0.16)Ds,两组有显著的统计学差异(P<0.05),框架镜组和RGP组的近视患者眼轴都呈延长表现,团体T-检验无组间差异(P>0.05)。结论日戴RGP,经过角膜被平化作用,青少年近视屈光度加深可受到抑制和控制。

【Abstract】 Objective Recent study in domestic and overseas have shown that rigid gas permeable(RGP)contact lenses can control the progression of myopia both in children and teenagers.But comparing with the same young people who worn spectacles,how differences among refractive power,corneal curvature and eye axial length had existed and what mechanism can be explained for RGP arrest progression myopia?This study was advocated in these questions mentioned above.Methods 32 cases of teenagers myopia[male 15 Female 17,age(14+1.26)]had been examined about refractive power,corneal curvature and eye axial length before and after investigation.Rigid Gas Permeable Contact Lens(RGP) were fitted and worn for them at least 50 weeks,as a control,the same testing also had been done for another 28 cases of counterpart in that spectacles were fitted at the time of the study beginning.Results the results show that on corneal curvature,more than(0.11±0.03)mm had been expanded for RGP groups by the end of investigation,but less change was found for spectacles groups;There was a obviously reflective power added(0.75±0.55)Ds in spectacles groups,how- ever,only(0.25±0.16)Ds in RGP groups,the difference was significant;Unfortunately,eye axial length was extending in every ease of both groups.There was no statistically significant difference between two groups.Conclusions Through the effect of corneal flattened,Teenager myopia can be control and suppressed by wearing RGP daily.
