γ射线对球根海棠M1、M2代SOD和CAT的活性影响
Effects on Activities of SOD and CAT of Begonia Tuberhybrida Voss M1 and M2 after γ Ray Radiation
【摘要】 本文报道了在相同环境条件下,经60Coγ-射线辐照后球根海棠M1、M2代的SOD、CAT活性的变化情况。结果表明:经不同剂量60Coγ-射线辐照后,M1代和M2代叶中的SOD和CAT活性不同。花的SOD、CAT升高,在相同剂量下,叶中的SOD、CAT含量高于花中的含量,辐射剂量与叶中的CAT活性存在极显著正相关。
【Abstract】 The article reported the effect on activities of SOD and CAT of Begonia Tuberhybrida Voss M1 and M2 by 60Co γ-ray irradiation of different doses. The results showed that: Activities of SOD and CAT of flower was increased by 60Co γ-ray irradiation. The SOD and CAT of M1 and M2 flower were different. Foliar SOD and CAT amount was bigger then flower at some doses. It was positive significant correlation to irradiated doses and activities of foliar SOD.
