【Abstract】 This paper analyzes the Spin-offs in China as a viable alternative strategy to foster the potentially fast-growing business in the changing business environments.The effectiveness of spin-off strategy is largely influenced by the resource endowments,resource structure,and resource interrelatedness of businesses of the parent firm.This paper raises several propositions related to the spin-off strategy and finally tests the propositions with the Lenovo case.更多还原
