【摘要】 推行村民自治制度和取消农业税使广大农民获得了切实利益,然而由于相关制度的不配套使乡镇组织在这一制度变迁中的净收益缩小甚至转为负数,从而使乡镇组织与代表农民的村级自治组织之间的关系出现了一些不协调现象。根据新制度经济学理论,只有对涉及乡村关系的初始制度进行有效创新并实现制度变迁的规模报酬递增,才能促进乡村关系的和谐发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 Massive peasants have gained real interests from the Pushing the system of villager autonomy and eliminating agricultural tax,however,what the town organizations have gained is deducing even a negative number because the relevant system is not compatible,so there arising many unharmonious phenomena between the town organizations and villager’s committees.According to the theory of new system economics,harmonious development of village relationships couldn’t be reached unless the elementary system involving countryside relationships undertakes efficient innovation and thus realize the increase by degrees of scale reward through the way of system transition.更多还原
