【Abstract】 One of the main missions of economics research is to explain the differences of nations’ economic growth and productivity. It has been investigated by economics literature for long time. For the development of corporate transparency measurement, the latest research shows that the corporate transparency is the main reason that results in different level of economical development. High transparency favors accumulations of human capital and material capital, improves productivity, and accelerates economic development. But opacity would reduce productivity. It is suggested that developing countries ensure healthy and steady development by improve corporate transparency.更多还原
