【摘要】 以陕西省等六个省(市)的高校科技统计数据为基础,研究了人均科研经费额及其增长、经费来源情况、平均每项科研项目投入的经费以及年鉴定成果数量与年科研项目数之比,从计算的结果分析,陕西省高校的一些科技指标值不是很低,但是产出结果不是很理想,针对该现象,作者提出了陕西省高校科技研究人员应进一步提高科研效率和资金利用率等观点。更多还原

【Abstract】 This article takes those science and technology statistical data of some university in Shaanxi Province and others fives provinces (city) as the based,has studied the average per person scientific research funds volume and its the growth,the funds origin situation,the average each scientific research item investment funds as well as the year appraisal achievement quantity and ratio of the year scientific research item number,those analysis result show that the Shaanxi Province university branch in certain targets is not very low,but the output of science and technology is not very ideal.In view of this phenomenon,the author proposed some viewpoints such as to improve research efficien- cy and the rate of utilization of fund.更多还原
