【摘要】 针对目前高校科研资源利用率低、共享情况差的现状,分析了其形成的原因,指出高校科研要提高创新能力,实现重大发展就必须创新管理机制,实现资源共享,并从顶层规划设计、建立资源平台、设立专用基金、创新管理模式、完善规章制度等方面对高校科研资源共享机制进行了初步探讨。更多还原

【Abstract】 At present there is lowly using factor and badly sharing of scientific research resources in university,this paper analyzes the reason which it formed and points out for enhancing innovation ability and achieving significant development,universities must innovate management mechanism and resources sharing mechanism.So the article discusses universities scientific research resources sharing mechanism from designing of the top layer plan ,establishing resources platform,setting up the special-purpose fund,innovating management pattern,perfecting rules and regulations.更多还原
