经理人股票期权激励研究
Study on the Stock Option Incentive to the Executives
【摘要】 股票期权激励受诸多因素的制约,依据经理人股票期权激励模型,对经理人股票期权的激励效应及经理人股票期权激励机制对我国公司治理的影响进行了分析。
【Abstract】 The stock option intensive is restricted by various factors.According to the stock option intensive model to the executives,this paper analyzes on the effect of stock option intensive to the executives and the infection of the stock option intensive system to the management of Chinese companies.
