【Abstract】 This paper lists several kinds of the unhealthy psychologies existing in the university librarians currently, analyzes on the consequences caused by the unhealthy psychologies, and puts forward some corresponding measures for the regulation and control of the unhealthy psychologies from the aspects of increasing the social position of the librarians, constructing the benign operation mechanism of the library, and strengthening the self-adaptive ability of the librarians.更多还原
