The intrinsic competition of the industrial cluster promotes the enterprises within the cluster be graded on site, and considering the geo-inferiorities and bad investment environment of the west part of China, the industrial cluster that has formed in the east pat of China is hindering the westward advance of the factors, the west part of China must dig the latent superiorities of itself, cultivate the industrial concentration zone around the factors of the westward advance, and accelerate the westward advance of the factors.更多还原
