【Abstract】 Statistics shows that China is now facing a nationwide shortage of skilled workers, especially advanced skilled workers. This situation is now becoming a challenge to the human resource structure of many Chinese enterprises and a bottle-neck of the economic development of some industries and districts. This article analyzes the reasons of this phenomenon from three aspects including the society, the enterprise and vocational deucation. Some pertinence suggestions and countermeasures to improve the situation of shortage of skilled workers are put forward in this article.更多还原
