【Abstract】 The key subject is the scientific researches and cultivation of the high layer talents in university,it is the base of the high level outcomes,it is also the marker to measure academic level and polularities. THe balance Scorecard and the key subject of university were analyzed. The structure and function of the balance scorecard was used to build a suit of evaluating system of key subject of university,which consists of the causal targets and measured indexes.
